I'm Rachael. For over a decade I've built talent development and career growth programmes inside organisations like ChipMango, AltSchool Africa, Andela, and European consulates.
But this work is personal too. Four years ago I hit real burnout, and it took a panic attack to finally push me onto a sabbatical. Once I addressed it properly, I tripled my income in under two years, and that's when I started talking about it publicly.
